At 29 West we pride ourselves in trying to keep our process as simple as possible. Here is how it works:
Use our website to find the exact linens you need to make your event pop. Order online with our quick and easy check out process, and we will send you a confirmation email and shipping updates.
We ship orders through FedEx to arrive two business days before your event. Enough time to look through the order and make sure everything is how you imagined it, if not, give us a call. There are two other options:
- Anyone may choose to pick up their order from our store in lieu of shipping/delivery charges. These orders must also be returned to our store the first business day after your event.
- Local customers may also choose for us to deliver and pick up orders using our delivery van. Costs vary depending on location, and extra fees may apply if you need pickups or deliveries outside of normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm)
Go crazy, well not too crazy - you still have to return the linens.
The first business day after the event you will need to return the order to the nearest FedEx location using the same box they arrived in. Give them a quick shake before putting them in the box and stick on the return label that was included with your order.
If you chose to pick up or have linens delivered, bring them back the next business day after your event or wait for your scheduled pickup.
